Delivery Policy

We sell digital products. All items are delivered electronically—there is no physical shipping.

How Delivery Works

After your payment is processed:

1. Immediate download — You will be prompted to download your files directly, or
2. Email confirmation — You will receive an email with download instructions and links

Your files are hosted and delivered through Fileflare, our digital delivery service.

For larger purchases such as bundles, you may receive a file containing instructions and download links for each item.

Delivery Issues

If you are unable to download your files or do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us immediately. We will help you access your products.

If you do not contact us within 5 days of your order, delivery is considered complete.

Your Files

Once downloaded, your files are yours to keep permanently. Store them safely on your own devices or backup storage—we recommend keeping copies in multiple locations.
