Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may not include taxes, which are calculated at checkout based on your location.

License Terms

When you purchase a product, you receive a license to use it according to the terms below. You do not acquire ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Individual License

  • For use by one (1) individual designer
  • Unlimited projects
  • Perpetual (no expiration)
  • Commercial and client work permitted
  • Clients may receive work incorporating the licensed materials, but do not receive independent usage rights to the materials themselves
  • Non-transferable and non-sublicensable
  • May not be resold, shared, or redistributed

Studio License

  • For use by up to ten (10) designers employed by or contracted to the license holder
  • Unlimited projects
  • Perpetual (no expiration)
  • Commercial and client work permitted
  • Clients may receive work incorporating the licensed materials, but do not receive independent usage rights to the materials themselves
  • Non-transferable and non-sublicensable
  • May not be resold, shared, or redistributed

For teams larger than 10 or specialized usage needs, contact us for custom licensing.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including designs, text, graphics, logos, and product files—is owned by MARTYR X LTD or our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your license grants you usage rights as specified above. All other rights are reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content or products except as expressly permitted.

Shopify

Our store is hosted and powered by Shopify. Purchases are made directly with MARTYR X LTD. Shopify provides the platform but is not responsible for any aspect of your transaction with us. You acknowledge this and release Shopify from any claims related to your purchases.
